The Laramie Project (Advanced Acting Camp)

Based on the events surrounding the murder of Matthew Shepard, The Laramie Project effectively combines the testimonies of those involved and affected by this tragedy, painting a vivid picture of a community broken by intolerance and rebuilt by love and forgiveness.
One Performance only! Recommended for ages 12 and older.
Designed for advanced-level performers, Advanced Acting Camp (AAC) is by audition only. Campers will rehearse The Laramie Project and give a performance at the end of the session. With participation of original cast member, Barb Pitts.
Please note, AAC Camp meets at The Diversionary Theatre, July 25 - August 5, 2016, from 9am to 3pm. To audition, students will prepare a one-minute monologue. Auditions are by appointment only. Please call the front office for more information, 619-239-1311.
